On January 23, 2019, Japan received a sufficiency certification from the European Commission under Article 45 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Based on this result, we, at HOEI DENKI, plan to address the "supplemental rules" as a requirement for sufficiency certification.
If you are contacting us from an EEA member country, please confirm the following points prior to making your inquiry.

1. Your personal data provided in connection with your inquiry will be transferred to Japan and saved on our servers in Japan. We and “Third Parties” stipulated in Section 3 (4) of “Handling of Personal Information Provided in Inquiries” will strictly manage your personal data in accordance with our personal information protection policy.

2. Providing your personal data to us is voluntary, but if you do not provide it, we may not be able to respond to your inquiry.

3. You may withdraw your consent to the use and transfer of your personal data at any time. If you withdraw your consent, we will immediately stop using your personal data, stop responding to your inquiries, and delete your personal data.

4. You have the right to data portability for your personal data. You also have the right to appeal to the supervisory authority and to us.
