Our mission at HOEI DENKI Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “HOEI DENKI”) is to contribute to society by improving our technology and services, delivering the best and most suitable products, and thereby enhancing the value of our customers' products. In the process of accomplishing this mission, HOEI DENKI receives a variety of information from customers and related parties. As for personal information, we believe that it is our corporate social responsibility to properly manage it and handle it accurately and safely, and we will strive to protect personal information properly in accordance with the following personal information protection policy.

Personal Information Protection Policy

Considering the importance of personal information, HOEI DENKI recognizes that it is our social responsibility as a company to handle personal information properly, and acts in accordance with the following basic policy.

1. Establishment and Continual Improvement of Personal Information Protection Rules

HOEI DENKI shall formulate, disseminate, implement, maintain, and continually improve its personal information protection rules to ensure that all its directors and employees (including temporary employees) understand the importance of personal information protection and handle personal information properly.

2. Ensuring Appropriateness in the Acquisition, Use, and Provision of Personal Information and in the Entrusting of Personal Information Handling

Considering that HOEI DENKI and its sections handle personal information, HOEI DENKI shall establish a management system for the protection of personal information in accordance with the respective business conditions, and shall comply with laws, regulations, and other rules when acquiring, using, and providing personal information, as well as when entrusting the handling of personal information.

3. Implementation of Security Measures

HOEI DENKI shall take organizational, personnel, physical, and technical security measures to prevent unauthorized access to personal information, and to prevent the loss, destruction, falsification, or leakage of personal information, and to otherwise securely manage personal information.

4. Respect for the Rights of the Person

HOEI DENKI shall respect the rights of the person regarding his/her personal information, and comply with laws, regulations, and other rules to properly respond to the person's request for disclosure, correction, cessation of use, or deletion of his/her personal information.

5. Compliance with Laws, Regulations, and Other Rules

HOEI DENKI shall comply with laws, national guidelines, and other rules and regulations concerning personal information protection.
